If you received an Email from GunBroker Pay saying your payment has failed, this could mean that your GunBroker Pay account or bank account had insufficient funds at the time your transaction was processed.
This could mean that you currently have a negative balance in your GunBroker Pay Wallet and need to pay it off before you can make additional transactions using GunBroker Pay.
IMPORTANT: YOU CANNOT USE YOUR GUNBROKER PAY ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU HAVE RESOLVED YOUR NEGATIVE BALANCE.
