Why did My BitRail Payment Fail?Updated 7 months ago

If you are buying with BitRail and your payment failed or it was not successfully processed for any reason during checkout, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BitRail account and verify that it has sufficient funds 
  2. If you have sufficient funds, check if your transaction was processed in BitRail
    • Go to your BitRail Dashboard
    • Click Transactions at the top of the screen
    • Your recent transactions are listed at the top. Find the transaction in question and review it for any errors 
  3. If your transaction was processed successfully by BitRail, but you still have an issue with it, you can contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
  4. If none of the above solves your issue, please contact our Customer Support team
