If you think your account has a transaction you do not recognize follow these steps:
- Review the transaction details carefully to see when and who made the transaction
- If you recognize the other party (for example, your bank or a merchant), contact them directly to resolve the issue
- If you do not recognize the transaction and it was not authorized by you, you can contact BitRail Support at [email protected]
