If you do not enter your mobile phone number during sign up and click "Submit documentation instead", we'll have to manually verify your identity since we can't validate your information through a third party.
If you prefer to sign up by sending us documentation, you will need to send us a valid photo ID along with a bill showing your name and address. It needs to be a bill dated within the last two months.
You can send us a utility bill (power, gas, cable, internet). You can also send us a car payment, pay stub, or mobile phone bill. You can black out sensitive information (ex: account numbers), we just need to see your name, current address, and date.
Alternatively, if you skipped entering your mobile phone number during the initial sign up, you can log in to BitRail later, and enter your mobile phone number by clicking the link on the dashboard. This way you can complete your identity verification process without sending us documentation.
