If you are buying with GunBroker Pay and your payment failed or it was not successfully processed for any reason during checkout, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your GunBroker Pay account and verify that it has sufficient funds
- If you have sufficient funds, check if your transaction was processed in GunBroker Pay
- Go to your GunBroker Pay Dashboard
- Click Transactions at the top of the screen
- Your recent transactions are listed at the top. Find the transaction in question and review it for any errors
- If your transaction was processed successfully by GunBroker Pay, but you still have an issue with it, you can contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
