To request a refund for a purchase that you paid using GunBroker Pay, please contact the GunBroker.com seller directly.
If the seller agrees to do a refund, please ask them to send the following information:
- GunBroker Pay transaction ID
- Amount to be refunded
- Person who will receive the refund (the buyer)
to this email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: The refund can be made after the transaction shows complete in your GunBroker Pay wallet. Even though many transactions are processed the same day, some transactions can take 1-3 banking days depending on the banks involved.
